Registered Nurse (RN) - Orthopedics

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) is a key member of the Patient Care Services Team, responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients and their families. Responsibilities Manage and provide patient care activities through independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with healthcare team members. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other providers. Delegate, assess, monitor, and evaluate patient care, including preparing patients for discharge. Lead, partner, teach, and supervise within the nursing team. Participate in shared decision-making and report to senior management. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from a school of nursing; BSN preferred. Current RN license in the state of practice. American Heart Association BLS certification. Key Duties: Providing comprehensive patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, delegating tasks appropriately, monitoring patient progress, and preparing patients for discharge to ensure optimal outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
