CDL A Local Delivery Driver - Edison, NJ

Driver Position

Driver walk-in interviews accepted every Friday in July on the 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st from 11AM - 2PM at 15 Commerce Drive South, Harriman, NY.

$10,000 sign-on Bonus - Class A only with 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience. Weekly Pay 6th and 7th Day Incentive Pay!

Schedule: Average 10-12 hour shifts Local Delivery – Home Daily Roughly 4-5 stops Must be able to work any shift, weekend, OT and Holidays. Two Off Days (Tries to be consecutive) Must be comfortable delivering throughout the 5 boroughs Must be able to push, pull, lift and climb.

Position Responsibilities:

• The CDL Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle.
• This role must have the ability to safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts.
• The CDL Driver will securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck.
• You will also pick up returned products including payments and pallets as well as completing delivery and pick up paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be 21 years old
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds
