Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics during various surgical and procedures
• Provide anesthesia care to patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop personalized anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively to ensure safety
• Manage airway and respond to anesthesia emergencies
• Collaborate with surgical, nursing, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document care accurately within EPIC EMR
• Participate in a self-scheduling model covering diverse shift hours

What You Need

• Valid Michigan State CRNA license
• ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certifications
• Prior anesthesia experience (not accepting new graduates)
• Ability to work independently within a hospital setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
