Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living in on-campus student homes and providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Couples rotate nine consecutive days on duty, then three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same students.
