We're looking for a Controller who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to build the financial backbone of a fast-scaling organization.

What You'll Do
- Oversee all accounting and finance functions, including AP, AR, payroll, and cash management
- Create and enforce financial processes that ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- Build and manage a small but effective finance team
- Deliver timely financial statements, reporting, and analysis to leadership
- Partner with operations to manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
- Implement inventory controls and auditing processes across multiple locations
- Play a critical role in supporting strategic growth and expansion initiatives
