Role Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help patients check into the hospital. It is a fast‑paced, patient‑facing role that requires you to collect information quickly and accurately while listening with compassion to address concerns and fears. Responsibilities Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment, managing multiple screens and maintaining accurate data entry between physician and nurse check‑ins. Provide support to patients who may be ill or anxious, listening carefully and building rapport to ease their anxiety. Adapt quickly to fast‑paced work, balancing patient flow with clinical interruptions and managing the variability of health plans and coverage. Collaborate with a supportive team that encourages career development and offers continuous learning opportunities within R1 RCM Inc. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Excellent customer service experience Preferred Skills Medical experience Pay For this US‑based position, the base pay range is $14.50 - $18.99 per hour.
