We are seeking experienced restaurant bartenders to be a part of the opening and ongoing operations of The Yacht Club. This is a rare opportunity to open a fine-dining restaurant from the ground up —at one of Austin's most exciting new hospitality concepts. Responsibilities: What You'll Do Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests — building personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive drink recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere Maintain a clean, organized bar station; complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes — confidently answering guest questions Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every time Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital — and complete end-of-shift reconciliation Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance Perform other duties as assigned Lunch and Dinner shifts available.
