Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an Enterprise MDM Architect (Principal Data Architect) on behalf of our client in Cincinnati, OH. This role is ideal for a highly experienced data architecture professional with deep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, and enterprise-scale data solutions. The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of MDM initiatives using the Ataccama ONE platform while collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders to establish scalable and trusted data management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
• Drive MDM strategy, data governance, and data quality initiatives across the organization.
• Design scalable data models, integration frameworks, and master data processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, architects, and engineering teams to define and manage master data standards.
• Implement and optimize data quality, metadata management, and reference data management solutions.
• Design and support ETL/ELT processes for data integration and master data synchronization.
• Integrate MDM platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud-based data ecosystems.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership for data management initiatives.
• Mentor team members and facilitate cross-functional collaboration on strategic data programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, consistency, governance, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
• 11+ years of overall experience in Data Architecture, Data Management, MDM, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Architecture, or Master Data Management.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Ataccama ONE platform.
• Proven experience implementing enterprise-scale MDM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Expertise in:

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise data modernization or digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of data cataloging, lineage, and governance tools.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with data lakes, data warehouses, and modern cloud-based data architectures.
