We are seeking a driven Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across operations. What You'll Do

Lead and improve Quality Management System performance

Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Support audits, compliance, and process validation activities

Apply statistical tools (SPC, MSA, capability studies) to improve performance

Partner with engineering and production to optimize workflow and plant layout

Identify and implement process, equipment, and technology improvements

Provide mentorship and technical leadership across teams

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of manufacturing experience

5+ years in a Quality Engineering or related role

ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (preferred)

Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and compliance

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T

Experience with Lean tools and continuous improvement initiatives

Self-starter with strong communication and leadership skills

Work Environment

Primarily day shift

Occasional nights, weekends, or travel (including overnight)

Hands-on manufacturing environment

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods
