Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:00) | Onsite | Weekends Required (6 shifts per 6-week period)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a Level II Trauma Center
• Maintain a patient assignment ratio of 1:3, delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition, initiating appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to facility dress code and departmental policies, including compliance with all required training modules

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience (hard stop requirement)
• Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
• Current NIHSS and TNCC certifications
• Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a short-term acute care facility with a high-volume emergency department
• Familiarity with trauma care protocols and Level II Trauma Center environments
• Demonstrated flexibility with scheduling and willingness to support sister facility float needs as required
