Position Summary:

Reporting to the Manager Brand Design the Graphic Designer is responsible for developing compelling customer-focused creative that supports Hannafords brand marketing loyalty and business objectives across all customer touchpoints.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Translate business strategies and customer insights into compelling creative solutions for a variety of mediums including print and digital.
• Ensure all creative assets are accurate visually engaging and aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain and champion Hannafords brand identity across all customer touchpoints by ensuring adherence to brand standards creative guidelines visual systems and logo usage standards.
• Work closely with other creatives photographers and cross-functional leaders to achieve a high level of quality in all design and creative work.
• Assist with photo shoots production revisions resizing versioning and asset preparation across multiple projects.
• Help create design templates to drive efficiencies.
• Work closely with Production leads and manage workload in our workflow trafficking system for on-time delivery of all creative assets.
• Maintain organized file structures and asset management processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors degree in graphic design or equivalent experience

3-5 years of relevant experience

Demonstrated portfolio showing strong design thinking typography layout and visual storytelling

Strong understanding of print production and file preparation

Working knowledge of digital and social media design

Strong knowledge of Adobes Creative Suite including InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator

Experience with Apples OS Mac Computers and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

• Experience in a marketing/design firm with retail clients
• Experience in Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager
• Experience creating compelling PowerPoints
• Working knowledge of all primary social media platforms

The salary range for this position is: $63440/year to $95160/year.
