Commercial HVAC Sales Representative

Overview Commercial HVAC Sales professional with experience developing new business and managing commercial HVAC installation projects. This role focuses on building relationships with property managers, general contractors, developers, and building owners while selling large-scale HVAC solutions for office buildings, retail centers, industrial facilities, and commercial construction projects in South Florida. What You'll Do Develop new commercial HVAC installation opportunities throughout South Florida Build relationships with property managers, general contractors, developers, and commercial building owners Sell commercial HVAC projects including: Rooftop Units (RTUs) Chillers Cooling Towers Large tonnage HVAC systems Read blueprints and mechanical plans Prepare project proposals and bid packages Work closely with estimating and project management teams Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through contract award What We're Looking For 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience Experience selling commercial HVAC equipment or installation projects Knowledge of RTUs, chillers, cooling towers, and commercial mechanical systems Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Strong business development and relationship-building skills Experience selling to commercial contractors, developers, or property management companies is preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Uncapped commission; strong earning potential based on performance Compensation & Benefits Base salary + uncapped commission Strong earning potential based on performance Stable, growing company with an established reputation in South Florida Opportunity to work on large commercial HVAC projects across multiple industries Why Join Us?
