Emergency Department Registered Nurse

This position offers a NOC schedule with 3 × 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week. Shifts are from 19:00 to 07:30.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our 28-bed Emergency Department. This facility is a Primary Stroke Center, utilizing Teladoc virtual neurology services for stroke care. The ED is not a designated trauma center or pediatric receiving facility; however, we stabilize walk-in trauma patients for transfer to a designated trauma center and direct pediatric patients requiring advanced care to appropriate facilities.

Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population in the Emergency Department.

Utilize proficient EPIC charting for accurate patient record management.

Operate various medical devices, including B. Braun IV pumps, bedside bladder scanners, EKG machines, and Philips monitors.

Participate in patient stabilization and transfer processes for trauma and pediatric cases.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care.

Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience is preferred.

Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS are required.
