We are currently looking for a dedicated Restaurant Assistant Leader to join our exceptional team. Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations of the restaurant Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service to our valued guests Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards Participate in scheduling and manage labor cost controls effectively Lead the team to achieve and surpass sales targets Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment Collaborate with management to identify and implement operational improvements Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional problem-solving capabilities Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed This position comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including a Health Savings Account (HSA), Short & Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Legal Plan, Pet Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401(K) Plan + Company Match, Paid Time Off, Employee Resource Groups, Tuition Reimbursement through Colorado Technical University, and much more!
