We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor / Lead Housekeeper to lead our room attendant team, maintain high cleanliness standards, and work directly with our General Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Inspect Rooms: Perform daily quality checks on cleaned guest suites to ensure they meet our high standards before releasing them to the front desk. Lead & Train: Train, motivate, and guide our housekeeping team on proper cleaning techniques, room turnover speed, and efficiency. Work with Leadership: Collaborate daily with hotel management to organize room assignments, inventory, linens, and daily cleaning boards. Maintain Quality: Hold the team accountable for timeliness, attendance, and thorough cleanliness. Inventory & Supplies: Help manage laundry operations, linen c ounts, and cleaning supply stock.

REQUIREMEN TS

Experience: Prior experience as a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor, Executive Housekeeper, Lead Room Attendant, Inspector, or experienced Housekeeper looking to step up into leadership. Leadership Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and direct a team. Sharp Attention to Detail: Eye for cleanliness—you know what a spotless room looks like and take pride in quality. Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependable attendance. Physical Stamina: Ability to walk, stand, inspect, and assist with cleaning throughout a full shift.
