  • Salary is $59,000 - $74,000/year based on experience. Plus quarterly and annual incentive bonuses.
How you will make an impact: 

Vista Prairie at Ridgeway is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Community Manager to drive occupancy within the community through marketing, lead nurturing, community partnerships, and outreach. Your key accountabilities will be to manage occupancy through lead management, prospect engagement, and event coordination, ensuring smooth move-ins and room readiness. You will develop external partnerships and execute marketing strategies to enhance Ridgeway's visibility and reputation. As a Sales and Community Marketing Manager, you will oversee the creation of marketing materials and resources to achieve goals and create brand awareness. Together we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents!

Schedule:  Full-time, Monday thru Friday, 8AM - 5PM.

What you will need: 
  • Long-term care/Assisted Living or related Sales experience required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
