IT Service Desk Analyst I

Work as a Level 1 IT Support Technician providing hands-on support to employees across the organization. This individual will assist with password resets, workstation setup and troubleshooting, monitor and peripheral connectivity issues, laptop imaging and deployments, hardware refresh projects, and shipping equipment to end u . They will also support basic server build activities, participate in IT projects, and ensure employees have a positive support experience through strong communication and customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn, grow, and develop their technical skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 technical support for laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, and basic software issues
• Perform password resets and user account maintenance in Active Directory and Office 365
• Set up, image, configure, and deploy new laptops and workstations
• Support laptop refresh and hardware upgrade initiatives across the organization
• Troubleshoot monitor connectivity, docking stations, printers, and other end-user hardware
• Assist with workstation moves, equipment shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Participate in IT infrastructure and desktop support projects as assigned
• Assist with basic server build and deployment activities under senior team guidance
• Document support activities, updates, and resolutions within the ticketing system
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong communication with end u throughout the support process
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians when necessary
Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
• 1-2 years of experience troubleshooting hardware and software incidents in a high-volume enterprise service desk environment
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory user maintenance
• Experience supporting Windows 11 operating systems
• Office 365 administration experience
• Experience supporting iOS and Android devices
• Experience logging and managing tickets within a ticketing system
• Strong customer service mindset and end-to-end ownership of incident requests
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent activities
• Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
Great customer service/soft skills. Needs to be eager to learn and grow
