DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONS – HVAC CONSTRUCTION Build what’s next with KAR & Larrabee. We’re expanding across Florida and need a visionary leader to elevate field performance, safety, and quality company-wide. The Director of Field Operations will drive quality, results-driven initiatives and workforce development to support our growing project portfolio. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead and optimize field operations across all HVAC divisions and regions. Partner with leadership, project management, and manufacturing teams to streamline performance. Implement and monitor quality, safety, and productivity programs. Mentor and develop field leaders, ensuring strong workforce engagement and retention. Oversee regional labor allocation, training compliance, and succession planning. Collaborate with finance and executive teams to ensure budget and schedule reliability. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 10+ years of construction or operations leadership, 5+ in senior management. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business (Master’s preferred). Proven record managing large-scale mechanical projects and field teams. Expertise in safety, risk management, and lean construction practices. Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
