Part Time Family Assistant

Summary: A warm, polished, and highly experienced Family Assistant is sought to support a wonderful private family with three children. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoy working with children while bringing a calm, upbeat, and service-oriented presence to the household. This is a professional home environment where the ability to work collaboratively with other household staff, maintain discretion, and anticipate the family’s needs is essential. The family is looking for someone dependable and engaging who can become a trusted part of their household and provide consistent support. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with flexibility and availability to work holidays required. Required Skills: Responsibilities will include school transportation, driving children to and from activities and appointments, running errands, grocery shopping, and assisting with the family's day-to-day needs. The Family Assistant will also help maintain the family calendar, coordinate appointments and activities, assist with travel logistics, and handle various administrative and organizational tasks that help keep the household running smoothly. Strong technology skills and comfort managing online accounts, calendars, reservations, and communications are important for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of professional Family Assistant or comparable household experience, preferably within high-profile or high-net-worth homes. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, excellent professional references, and willingness to complete a thorough background check are required.
