Registration Manager

Managing training and compliance with academic policies, the full-time remote Registration Manager will oversee the development of registration-related materials, manage the student course selection process, and lead a team of Registration Coordinators to ensure accurate data administration and reporting. Key responsibilities Develop and implement registration-related materials and procedures aligned with academic policies Manage the student course selection process and oversee the generation of advising schedules Train Registration and other teams on academic policies and procedures, ensuring effective communication and compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree A minimum of four (4) years of related full-time administrative experience in a college or university Registrar's office or study abroad office Prior experience within a study abroad provider organization is preferred A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience is preferred Commitment to CIEE's Core Values of Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, and Problem Solving
