Assistant Project Manager

Our client is a well-established, family-owned General Contractor seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of high-end residential construction projects across Cape Cod and the surrounding areas. Description The Assistant Project Manager - Residential will: Support Project Managers on active residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Assist with project scheduling, coordination, and overall project execution. Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication records. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and field personnel. Monitor project progress and help identify potential issues before they impact schedules. Assist with procurement and material tracking as needed. Participate in project meetings and site visits. Develop a strong understanding of project management processes with the goal of growing into a Project Manager role. Profile The right Assistant Project Manager - Residential should have: 1-2 years of residential construction experience required. Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or similar residential construction role. Strong interest in developing a long-term career in project management. Experience working on custom homes, luxury residential projects, renovations, or ground-up residential construction. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and general construction technology proficiency. Ability to work collaboratively with office and field teams. Must reside within approximately 45 minutes of the Falmouth, MA office. Job Offer Upon offer, the Assistant Project Manager - Residential will receive: Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 USD (Depending on experience). Access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
