Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive patient care in a high-acuity clinical environment. The position requires coordination of patient assessments, administering medications, and implementing treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in a critical care or emergency environment preferred.
