Requirements: Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures Proficient in MIG welding steel, aluminum, and stainless steel Experience using measuring tools, including calipers, tape measures, and weld gauges Familiarity with fabrication equipment such as grinders and cutting torches Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality welds Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift High school diploma or GED preferred; welding certification or technical training is a plus Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE Job duties: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications Set up welding equipment and adjust machine settings for production requirements Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication equipment Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on welding equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform additional welding and fabrication duties as assigned Benefits: Solid weekly wages: paid on time, every time Stay covered: medical, dental, vision plans Plan strong: 401(k) and life insurance options Safe shop vibes: work with confidence, safety on lock At Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
