Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Event Staff in Baton Rouge, LA. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in fast-paced environments, interacting with people, and contributing to the successful execution of events. Event Staff members play a key role in ensuring every event runs smoothly from setup to completion while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown
  • Welcome and guide guests during events
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas
  • Support event supervisors with day-to-day event activities
  • Handle event materials, equipment, and supplies responsibly
  • Provide excellent customer service to attendees and clients
  • Ensure all activities follow company standards and event guidelines
