This is a highly visible role where you'll combine deep market expertise, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership to influence how we go to market, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen Sage's position within the Healthcare industry. This is a Hybrid position with three days per week in our Atlanta office. Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Be Doing As Senior Growth Manager, Healthcare, you'll support the Director of Growth, Healthcare in defining and executing the strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth across the region. You'll work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, VAR, ISV and InLife to translate global strategies into impactful regional execution plans. Key responsibilities include: Be the Voice of the Healthcare Market Develop and maintain deep expertise in the Healthcare sector, including market trends, customer challenges, buying behaviours, emerging opportunities, and competitive dynamics. You'll use these insights to influence strategy and positioning across the business. Turn Data into Commercial Action Build a clear understanding of market conditions, customer needs, competitor activity, and business performance. Working with key stakeholders, you'll translate data and insights into recommendations that drive meaningful business outcomes. Shape Go-to-Market Strategy Partner with the Director of Growth and wider business teams to adapt global growth strategies for the regional market, ensuring our approach resonates with healthcare buyers and delivers commercial impact. Drive Revenue Growth Support the creation and delivery of revenue plans that align with our growth ambitions while balancing cost and margin objectives. You'll identify opportunities to accelerate performance and address potential risks before they impact results. Optimise Execution Monitor the effectiveness of growth initiatives and revenue plans, providing recommendations to improve performance, maximise return on investment, and ensure objectives are achieved. Be an Industry Evangelist Act as a recognised subject matter expert for Healthcare, representing Sage at industry events, trade shows, customer engagements, and through thought leadership activities across social and professional networks. What We're Looking For You'll likely bring:

• Significant experience in growth strategy, commercial leadership, marketing, business development, or go-to-market planning
• Strong knowledge of the Healthcare sector and its commercial landscape
• Experience translating market insight and data into revenue-generating strategies
• A proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent a brand externally
• The ability to navigate complexity and drive alignment across multiple teams
