Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This role will support both our Assistive Technology (AT) product line and Accessibility Services practice. As a BDR, you will be on the front line of our go-to-market efforts: driving pipeline, engaging prospects, and introducing them to the solutions that make a difference for individuals and organizations worldwide. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to create opportunities for the sales team. Build relationships with key decision-makers across higher education, government, healthcare, enterprise, and nonprofit sectors. Partner closely with Account Executives and Services teams to align on territory strategy and messaging. Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM. Represent Vispero’s AT and Services portfolio with professionalism, empathy, and consultative curiosity. What We’re Looking For 1+ years in sales, customer service, or outreach-driven roles (SDR/BDR experience a plus, but not required). Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Comfortable with high daily outreach volume (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches). Curious, self-driven, and adaptable — able to learn new products and industries quickly. Interest in technology, accessibility, or making a direct impact in the lives of people with disabilities.
