Sr Analyst Data Manager

Senior Analyst Data Manager Location: McKinney, TX (Onsite) Security Clearance: DoD Secret clearance required (U.S. citizenship mandatory). What You Will Do Read contracts to understand deliverables. Work in a PDM system to capture, manage, and track data deliverables and receivables. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to obtain requested data. Proofread data for compliance with the requirements. Manage the data deliverable schedule and provide the data to the customer on time. Learn and understand contractually required markings applied to data. Run forecast reports and provide them to appropriate stakeholders. Provide metrics related to on‑time deliveries and outstanding dispositions upon request. Review and approve sub‑tier supplier statements of work for data requirements. Support program meetings and provide training to program personnel, customers, and/or suppliers. Handle and protect company intellectual property (IP) and U.S. government IP and classified information. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or in lieu of a degree 6 years of professional experience. Minimum 2 years of experience related to data management and/or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support/service role. Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. Preferred: knowledge of U.S. government defense contracts and FAR/DFARS instructions. Preferred: knowledge of Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), DoD Instruction 5230.24, Distribution Statements on Technical Documents, NISPOM. Preferred: strong teamwork, self‑motivation, detail orientation, excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills, and proofreading skills.
