This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to provide valuable counseling services from the comfort of your home. Our team operates on a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.   • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client needs to devise tailored therapy plans that align with their unique circumstances and goals.

  • Lead therapy sessions that encompass individual, couple, and family counseling, targeting a wide array of mental health concerns.

  • Empower clients by assisting them in articulating and achieving therapeutic objectives, utilizing motivational interviewing and goal-setting techniques.

  • Document all client interactions and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and compliance.

  • Actively engage in professional development through attending workshops, seminars, and supervision to stay updated on best practices and innovations in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

  • Must possess a current Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in the state of Vermont.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of clients and cultural backgrounds.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to various mental health issues, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
