You’ll gain hands‑on experience in logistics, e‑commerce management, and operational strategy in a rapidly growing sports apparel company. Key Responsibilities Assist the Operations and Fulfillment teams in tracking and managing customer orders. Coordinate with design, sales, and production departments to ensure timely delivery of team apparel. Help maintain and update internal spreadsheets and order management systems. Support vendor and supplier communication for material availability and shipment tracking. Analyze workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements. Assist in organizing inventory and preparing shipments for clients. Collaborate on creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks. Contribute to internal reporting on production timelines and fulfillment metrics. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
