Electrical Superintendent - Data Center

Project SuperintendentThe Project Superintendent is responsible for the efficient scheduling, management, and coordination of all subcontractors, construction trades, labor crews to work in unity in order to ensure quality and construction progress according to the project Master Schedule. The Project Superintendent will have proven construction experience as an Electrical Superintendent, a history of leading, teaching, and mentoring others successfully, and the ability to thoroughly understand and follow plans, project specifications, design documents, code requirements and other similar construction activities.You'll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build infrastructure projects. This is a traveling position, requiring travel up to 100% of the time. You may support projects located in various states throughout the US. Join one of the largest construction firms in the country (Engineering News-Record [ENR]: #1 in Power, #17 Top 50 Domestic Heavy Contractors, #20 Transportation Contractor).ResponsibilitiesPermit document administration and controlComplete review and understanding of subcontractor's scope of workCoordinate safety meetings and overall responsibility for project safetyControl project access and trafficTool/equipment inventory, coordination and rentalCoordinate, schedule and maintain records of all project testing and certificates including concrete and soil testingCoordinate with PM, PCM and PFE daily regarding project progress, S/C performance, QA/QC and reportingComplete "3?week look ahead schedule" and update master schedule with PCMComplete Daily Log Reports (Procore)Maintain "As Built" drawings for final submittalCoordinate and schedule project inspectionsFinal inspection and proper close?out documentationQuality control of installed materials and EquipmentSite layout and control of benchmarksQualificationsWork Experience and Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field minimum 3 years' work experience as a construction Superintendent - In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of work experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing electrical scope of work on new build ground-up construction projects is required.
