Our corporate office is based in Sanford, FL. We carry a full line of TCGs, miniatures, board games, card games, RPGs, dice, and gaming supplies from the industry's top manufacturers. We are currently looking for a dedicated receiving associate to join our team! Come help us distribute fun across the United States! Hours of business: Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours per week). This position could require extended hours, and occasional weekends as needed. Job Type: Full-time 401(k) matching Flexible spending account Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance The Receiving Associate plays a crucial part in all activities related to the receipt of incoming merchandise. This includes unloading shipments, verifying deliveries against purchase orders, inspecting items for damage, and organizing stock in the warehouse. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Essential Functions for the Receiving Associate include, but not limited to: Unload delivery trucks, inspect all incoming merchandise for damage or discrepancies, and sign for delivered products. Accurately enter receiving data into inventory management software, update inventory records, and attach the proper labels to products. Compare packing lists and purchase orders to confirm that the quantity and type of product received are correct. Adhere to all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized receiving dock and warehouse Support other departments as needed, which can include preparing outbound shipments, packing orders and assisting with restocking Sort and place products on racking/shelves or designated areas Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (required) Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, or receiving environment The ability to stand for long periods and lift and move heavy objects, often up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail, verbal and communication skills Basic computer literacy for using inventory management software and data entry Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, often changing environment Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
