In this role you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while booking appointments for our well respected, busy Service Department. DUTIES The duties of the Appointment Coordinator:Receives inbound client calls for service related issuesFacilitates specific appointment for the service advisorsDispatches MBSL Roadside Assistance/Tow ServicePerform outbound service campaign callsFollows detailed scripts for inbound and outbound callingConfirms all scheduled appointmentsFollows up on 100% of "no show" client appointmentsMaintains high level of service• Understands and implements Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land's Client Care Service ProcessesAttend weekly department meeting QUALIFICATIONS Not only does this positon require impeccable people skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude, we are also looking for the following:High School or GED or one to two years related experience and/or one to two years related experience or trainingCall Center experience preferredAbility to multi-taskDesire to gain product knowledge along with knowledge of the Service DepartmentAdministrative support experienceComputer skills and ability to learn new computer programs
