Account Executive Home Health

Medi Home Health Agency, a division of Medical Services of America, Inc., currently seeks an experienced Full-Time Account Executive for our Home Health Division in Lexington (Davidson County), NC.Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.Responsibilities of Account Executives include:Ability to perform an initial territory market analysis and required business development plans quarterly/annually.Develop and establish new business referral sources consistently.Successfully maintain current relationships with referral sources.Meet regularly with the clinical team.Identify and implement market strategies with sales and clinical teams resulting in continued census growth.Maintains knowledge of Medicare and State specific home health care regulations.Obtains physician's order for specified treatments and participates in the referral process.Promote MSA's entire umbrella of services across the home health continuumJob Requirements3- 5 years sales experience or relevant experience preferably in healthcare.Outstanding communication skills accompanied by excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.General knowledge base of physician, hospital, skilled nursing, assisted living, and discharge planning needs.Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and consistently meet established quotas. xhyhwjd Valid Driver's License with a good driving record and company required auto liability insurance.MSA offers competitive pay and excellent benefitsGenerous paid time offMedical, Vision & Dental InsuranceCompany paid life insurance401(k) retirement with a generous company matchCompany provided web-based trainingOpportunities for advancementOther great benefitsVisit us on the web at is an Equal Opportunity Employer
