Position Summary:

The PM&R Rehab Rehab Aide:

• Works under the direct supervision of the Inpatient or Outpatient Manager and/or Rehab Therapy Services Team Leader and the guidance of the Team Coordinator and a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
• Works collaboratively with all members of the multidisciplinary health care team
• Promotes improvement in service, department and hospital systems to benefit patient care
• Incorporates and operationalizes the goals and objectives of the Hospital and Department at the site of care

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months prior experience in a PT/OT clinical setting preferred
• Annual CPR certification

Salary Range: Minimum 16.25/hour - Maximum 23.53/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
