Health In Motion is growing and hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic position in Eagle River, Wisconsin. This is a staff-level role with clinical mentorship, patient care autonomy, and a flexible schedule. New graduates are welcome and will be fully supported and mentored.

About the Role

You will join a fun yet professional team committed to a client-centered approach, treating a mixed general outpatient orthopedic caseload with patients of all ages, including a focus on the older adult and geriatric population. All care is provided one-on-one, with PTs seeing up to an average of 40 patients per week. The position offers direct access practice and the ability to develop a specialty within a general outpatient orthopedic setting. Health In Motion operates seven locations across Northern Wisconsin, giving clinicians access to a broad network of dedicated providers.

Schedule

The clinic is open Monday through Friday with no weekend or holiday hours required. A flexible schedule of three, four, or five days per week is available based on the preference of the candidate hired.

Compensation

New graduates can expect a starting salary in the range of $75,000 per year, with compensation increasing based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent standing is required. Candidates must be eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Availability of 30 hours per week or more is required, with 40 hours per week available for full-time candidates.
