Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care - Travel

Provide high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as per physicians' orders
Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Current LPN/LVN license
BLS Certification
