About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns, including premature and medically complex infants
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered and in accordance with clinical protocols
• Support and educate families on neonatal care, feeding, and discharge planning

• Active RN license valid in the state of Texas (or compact eligibility)
• Prior clinical experience in a NICU setting
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; no block scheduling available

• Experience with Level III or Level IV NICU patients
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Familiarity with neonatal ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
