Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' presenting issues, personal histories, and treatment objectives, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual’s needs. \n
- Deliver high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy. \n
- Develop and refine personalized treatment plans tailored to each client, ensuring their unique situations are addressed through collaborative efforts. \n
- Establish trusting therapeutic relationships that cultivate open communication, allowing clients to engage actively in their healing process. \n
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, remaining attuned to changing needs and objectives. \n
- Adhere rigorously to ethical standards and legal requirements to ensure client confidentiality and professional integrity. \n
- Stay engaged in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and staying current with best practices in the field. \n

Your therapeutic expertise will serve a diverse range of clients, primarily focusing on individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. \n
- Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, preferably within a private practice or clinical setting focused on mental health and substance use treatment. \n
- Demonstrated strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention. \n
