Assistant Nurse Manager - Children's ED

About This Role The Assistant Nurse Manager in the Children's Emergency Department is responsible for ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care. This role is ideal for a nurse with leadership experience who is passionate about delivering excellent service and improving patient outcomes. Highlights Location: New Haven, CT What You'll Do Serve as the clinical leader for patient flow in collaboration with the healthcare team. Ensure safe staffing levels and clinical competence for excellent nursing care. Participate in strategies to maintain the financial well-being of the organization. Promote a culture of safe, high-quality care and achieve superior outcomes. Deliver Patient and Family Centered Care (PFCC) and ensure adherence to service excellence standards. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (one degree must be in nursing). Experience: 2 years of clinical nurse experience and a minimum of 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience. Licenses & Certifications: Current CT state RN licensure required; specialty certification preferred or willing to obtain within 18 months of hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr IntelliResume
