Key Responsibilities of the RN - Hospice - Travel

• Conduct complex symptom assessment and management
• Initiate and participate in goals of care discussions with patients and families
• Perform medication management and administration via various routes
• Coordinate care across home and SNF/ALF settings
• Maintain comprehensive assessment and care planning

Requirements of the RN - Hospice - Travel

• Active AHA BLS certification
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in community hospice
• EPIC experience within the past 2 years
• Excellent typing skills for narrative-heavy EMR
