Inventory Specialist

Job Title: Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities

Receive and enter parts into the ERP system accurately.
Label and put away parts systematically.
Pick and scan parts and/or kits into Excel spreadsheets.
Maintain traceability of all hardware, including documentation of batch, lot, and serial numbers in Excel spreadsheets.
Track the movement of parts from picking through shipping.
Pack and crate parts, ensuring quality inspection has occurred, and track shipping status using Excel spreadsheets.
Report, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Contribute to process improvements and maintain cleanliness of the workspace.
Perform ERP system transactions, including receipts, inventory movement, and allocation of parts to jobs.
Move products using a pallet jack.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in inventory control and management.
Experience with cycle counts, shipping and receiving.
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nottingham, MD 21236.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
