Finance Manager

DescriptionRobert Half are pleased to be partnering with an established organisation based in Abingdon to recruit a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will receive a salary of up to 50,000 plus attractive benefits including very flexible hybrid remote working!The role is suitable for applicants both qualified and qualified by experience (QBE).Primary responsibilities; Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including insightful variance analysis against budget and forecastPrepare weekly and monthly KPI reporting to support business performanceLead the preparation of detailed product and venue-level P&Ls to gross profit and contribution levelSupport annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes in collaboration with budget holders and senior leadershipWork closely with sales and operational teams to provide meaningful financial insightsEnsure consistency and reconciliation between finance and operational reporting systems (e.g. Salesforce)Provide financial analysis to support commercial decision-making and performance improvementMaintain robust balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling itemsSupport VAT compliance and submissions to HMRCEnsure adherence to Group financial policies, including expenses and purchasingAssist with year-end audit, statutory accounts, and tax reportingKey experience and attributes; Experience in a similar Finance Manager or Senior Finance roleStrong experience in management accounting, forecasting, and financial controlsStrong attention to detail with high levels of financial accuracyExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesBuilds strong, collaborative working relationshipRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
