Salary: $16.00/hr

Express Employment Professionals is currently looking for Groundskeeper for a well-established medical supply company located in Buffalo, NY!

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
Payrate: $16.00-16.50/hr
Overtime available

Temp-to- hire opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Remove trash from outside grounds.
Empty waste containers from outside areas.
Clean building floors by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
Clean rooms, hallway lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors stairways, locker rooms.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift
regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Previous janitorial, groundskeeping, custodial, or cleaning or cleaning experince is a plus.
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED
