About the Role

The Company is in need of a Vice President for Corporate Development to take on the role of the internal M&A leader. This executive will be responsible for managing the entire M&A process, from identifying potential targets to overseeing their integration. The focus of the role is on executing an established investment thesis and refining acquisition priorities, rather than creating corporate strategy from the ground up. The successful candidate will have a background that includes 2-3 years' of investment banking experience, followed by 2-3 years' of corporate development within a manufacturing, industrial, or medical device company, or buy-side private equity experience in the manufacturing or industrial sectors. The role requires a strategic and experienced professional who can lead M&A activities in line with the company's investment strategy. The ideal candidate will be adept at all stages of the M&A process and will play a key role in the company's growth and expansion. A strong educational background in finance, business, or a related field is essential, as is a proven track record in deal execution and integration. The Vice President of Corporate Development will work closely with the executive team and other stakeholders to ensure that M&A activities align with the company's overall business objectives.
