Accountant | Up to $60,000/Year | QuickBooks Online Now Hiring: Accountant | Up to $60,000 Per Year A growing company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working independently, managing multiple financial responsibilities, and supporting a growing business. Salary: Up to $60,000 per year The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Online, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, sales tax, and general accounting . Candidates with Staff Accountant, Full-Charge Bookkeeper, or Senior Bookkeeper backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Accountant Responsibilities Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Process invoices, customer payments, vendor payments, and deposits Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Online Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Manage multi-state sales tax compliance across all 50 states , including filings and payments Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation Assist with payroll as needed Review accounting records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies Work closely with management regarding accounting questions and financial information Perform additional accounting, bookkeeping, and financial duties as needed Accountant Qualifications Previous accounting, bookkeeping, Staff Accountant, or related experience Experience using QuickBooks Online Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and general accounting practices Multi-state sales tax experience is highly preferred Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidential financial information Staff Accountant, Full-Charge Bookkeeper, and experienced Bookkeeper candidates will be considered Why Apply?
