Job Description

Rural Physicians Group (RPG) is looking for a Hospitalist to provide excellent care who is passionate about medicine, cares for patients in rural communities, and wants to enjoy a flexible schedule with more autonomy at:

25 bed hospital
24/7 Anesthesia on site!
Services: General, Ortho, OB, Cardio, Neuro, Oncology, Peds, Pulmonology, Cardiac Rehab, Urology
Avg. Daily Census of 6

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Contractor (1099) Status
business
1,400 per day
Additional Neonate call coverage stipend
PRIME Eligible for providers that work 10+ days
Quarterly Prime Bonus
Housing provided by RPG
Malpractice Insurance provide by RPG
Meals provided

SCHEDULE & ACCOMODATIONS

Consistent scheduling 7-10 per month
Dedicated and convenient private and comfortable quarters/call-room
On-site two bedroom home w/kitchen on site available

QUALIFICATIONS

Board certified
Active license or ability to obtain
Ability to perform full scope of practice
Clean malpractice and disciplinary history
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Prior experience, IMs preferred (no new grads)
Proficient with intubations, central lines, and vent management
