Location 83 Powhatton Dr, Milford, OH 45150 Work Schedule Monday‑Friday 7:00 am–1:00 pm rotating Saturdays 7:30 am–12:00 pm Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other analyses. Enter patient data accurately and promptly. Process billing information and collect payments as necessary. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed. Travel to additional sites when required. Work in a Patient Service Center or Client office, serving as the company’s face. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completion of an accredited training program, or at least three months of phlebotomy experience. Preferred Qualifications One year or more of phlebotomy experience. Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification must be from an accredited agency if not trained through work experience. Proven track record of exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or within a team. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test. Pay Range $17.75 – $25.92 per hour Benefits Employees scheduled 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees scheduled less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
