Travel Physical Therapist, Acute Care Hospital - $2,499 per week

Job Overview MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri. Start date: 08/03/2026. 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts. Employment type: Travel. Responsibilities Conduct assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, determining medical condition, functional capabilities, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined by patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families on physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE pass. Graduate from an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification.
