ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician

Location: Templeton, MA

Session Schedule: 12 hours per week, flexible days, start time 3pm

Sign on Bonus: $500 after 90 days of employment

Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home and daycare settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

• Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.

• Work alongside like-minded individuals to create best outcomes and impacts.

• Create engaging and fun learning experiences.

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required.

• Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Physical Requirements:

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.

• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.

• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.

• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
