Are you a skilled and organized Senior System Administrator looking to make an impact? Join a dynamic engineering team and support the development of leading-edge network access control, endpoint compliance, and mobile control solutions.

Position Highlights:

• Location : Plano, TX (onsite work at a datacenter as needed)

• Duration : 9 months

• W2 Contract only

What You'll Do:

• Manage and maintain network setups, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations

• Integrate, validate, and configure network devices, both hardware and software

• Support teams through server and network element maintenance

• Administer system access and safeguard information to meet security standards

• Monitor and optimize system performance for capacity, backups, and disaster recovery

• Handle budgeting for the engineering lab space

What You Bring:

• Experience : 5-7 years managing engineering datacenter labs, with expertise in supporting both hardware and software development

• Technical Skills :

  • Extensive knowledge in virtualization (HyperV, VMware, Nutanix AHV) and network architecture (Cisco, Juniper)

  • Strong experience with Python and Java scripting

  • Proficient in server OS (Windows & Linux) administration, with hands-on experience in Linux, Python, and scripting languages for automation

  • Skilled in lab automation tools (VMware vRealize/Aria), Jira, and Confluence

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, especially for complex network issues

  • Very good networking / scripting capabilities with Java / Javascript
